Jennifer Archibald, founder and artistic director of the Arch Dance Company, graduated from the Alvin Ailey School and Maggie Flannigan acting conservatory specializing in the Meisner technique. She has performed at The Kennedy Center, Aaron Davis Hall, Lincoln Theatre, New World Theatre, Duke on 42nd Street, Abron Arts Centre, Judson Memorial Church, on MTV, as well as in Europe, Russia and Canada. She has staged various off-Broadway shows working with the casts from Bring in Da Noise and Da Funk and the musical Cats and has choreographed Carousel, The Music Man, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Pippin for professional theater companies. Jennifer has also choreographed for the NBA New York Knicks City Dancers, the Ailey School, and the outdoor Solstice Festival in Times Square. For 2013 Jennifer has been selected as a choreographic Fellow for Ailey’s New Directions Choreography Lab under the direction of Robert Battle. She is currently on faculty at Dance New Amsterdam, Broadway Dance Center and CAP 21 America’s Musical Theatre Conservatory. She has been a resident artist and lecturer at Princeton University, University of South Florida, University of Illinois, Virginia Commonwealth University, Goucher College, East Carolina University, FAMU, Studio Harmonique in France, and Jackson School of the Arts in Bermuda. In 2012 Jennifer was a resident artist at Ailey/Fordham, East Carolina University and Columbia College.
Fitness for Dancers Master Class
Celebrity Trainer Jade Alexis, has worked with several celebrities & athletes including; Jordin Sparks, Alicia Keys, Lamman Rucker, Steven Lang, Eva Mendes, Brooklyn Decker, Jennifer Garner, Denise Boutte and The New York Knicks City Dancers. Jade is an advisor on the Fitness Magazine Advisory Board, a fitness contributor to EbonyOnline and is Sponsored by Reebok. Jade Alexis is the name, the face, and the brains behind the fitness apps: Jade of Spades and 20 Down. Jade worked with Brooklyn Decker and ELLE magazine to create a totally body workout; ELLE CardioBody DVD. Lastly, Jade has a total body strength and cardio workout available on the dynamic exercise DVD, Celebrity Trainers Workout.

Leigh Heflin, MA, MS
Dance Injury Prevention Workshop
Leigh Heflin, MA, MSc is the director of educational outreach programs at the Harkness Center for Dance Injuries of the NYU Langone Medical Center’s Hospital for Joint Diseases, where she is the director of educational outreach programs, including all continuing education courses. Heflin holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Masters in Dance Science from the Laban Centre in London, UK, and in 2012 she graduated with distinction from New York University with a Master of Arts in Performance Studies. She has presented at international conferences for dance medicine professionals and dance educators, and regularly presents injury prevention lectures for the dance community. Heflin has also worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for the past 10 years and has received 4 national certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and KettleBell Concepts. She has been a consultant for Dance Spirit, Dance Magazine, Backstage, and other dance publications on topics covering dancer health and fitness. Prior to entering the field of dance science, Heflin danced professionally in contemporary dance companies in New York and California.

Director of Photography
Alastair Christopher has worked for Hock Films as the Director of Photography for over 13 years. His latest project with Hock Films is ESPN’s “30for30 Survive and Advance”. As Director of Photography, some of Christopher’s credits with Hock Films also include “The Lost Son of Havana”, “Unguarded” featuring Chris Herren, “The Best There Never Was” featuring Marcus Depree and ESPN’s “The Streak”, “Through The Fire” detailing Sebastian Telfair’s hoop dreams, “It’s The Shoes”, “The Hook Up” and the popular “Street Ball: The And1 Mix Tape Tour” series for which Christopher won a Telly Award. He also lensed Steven Spielberg’s production “The Rebuilding of the Word Trade Center” and Kim Kardashian’s visits with the Diamond Empowerment Fund in South Africa. Christopher recently received his sixth Emmy nomination for “Draft Day With Royce White” a Grantland Film short. His work has appeared on BET Black Girls Rock, RIP The Runway, MTV, TV1, Goldman Sach’s Titan commercials. Christopher has directed several videos and produced live events for mainstream entertainment industry artists including Olivia, Loaded Lux, China Moses, SMAC/URL Summer Madness 2 to name a few.

Contemporary Master Class
Born and raised in New York City Gregory made his professional stage debut at the age of eight with the Glimmerglass Opera Company. Soon after, he was cast in the Philip Glass/Robert Wilson world tour of Einstein on the Beach. Gregory received his dance training at the Alvin Ailey School on a fellowship scholarship and then graduated cum laude from SUNY Purchase dance conservatory where he studied composition with Kazuko Hirabayashi. Since then he has gone on to dance and choreograph with a variety of artists, performing with Patrick Corbin, Nelly van Bommel, Sylvain Emard, and The Chicago Ballet. He was resident choreographer for both Chicago Ballet’s spring season in 2008 and CorbinDances in 2007. He was selected as one of four emerging choreographers in the Springboard Montreal intensive run by Juilliard’s Alexandra Wells, where he created and premiered his first international work. Gregory’s works have been performed at Jacob’s Pillow Inside/Out Dance Festival (MA), Joyce SoHo, Alvin Ailey Studio Theatre (NY), Dance Place (DC), Athenaeum Theatre (Chicago), and shows in New York as part of the Reverb Festival, the Dance Sampler at Symphony Space, and a self-produced collaboration with Sidra Bell at the Gershwin Hotel. He recently showed his work as part of the Emerging Artists Program at DTW’s Summer DANZ Festival and was also accepted into The Bessie Schoenberg Residency at The Yard for emerging choreographers in 2010. He debuted his own company, The DASH Ensemble, in December 2009 at JOYCE SoHo. The company has gone on to present works at the Skirball Center, DTW, Summer Stage, and The JOYCE Theater. In 2013 Dolbashian was the winner of Choreographic competitions for both Ballet Austin and Northwest Dance Project, and most recently was the winner of Hubbard Street 2′s international choreographic competition. Gregory is the co-founder of The Playground, a choreographic initiative that was voted 25 to Watch in 2013 by Dance Magazine.

Emily Watson graduated from New Jersey City University in 2009 with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Performing remained her biggest focus until she started interning at Telsey + Company Casting. It was during this period that she felt her strengths and talents would be more beneficial in the business world. After her internship, she immediately began working at bloc NYC, Inc where she has been for almost two and a half years. bloc NYC is a talent agency representing choreographers, dancers and actors for live concerts, theatre, commercials, feature film, episodic television, music videos, and print. Media and Film Falcuty
Pamela Schneider is a co-founder and driving creative force behind Moment Factory [ (www.momentfactory.com) ] , the new-media Arts and Entertainment Company. Combining her education in social-sciences with an interdisciplinary degree in video, dance, sound and electronic arts, Pamela has established a solid reputation as a professional dancer/choreographer and multimedia visionary with a talent in designing high-impact environments and interactive experiences. Her work is identified as harnessing technology to evolve human interactions.
Some of her most celebrated projects include co-directing the virtual environment for Madonna’s Superbowl performance (2012), multimedia design/direction for Arcade Fire’s “Summer into Dust” at Coachella (2011), creating/integrating the Interactive video and technology for Nine Inch Nails’ “Lights in the Sky” World Tour (2008), assistant choreographer for Shakira and Wycleff – “Bamboo” at the FIFA closing ceremony in Berlin (2006), and writing and directing “Mosaika”: the Sound & Light show (presented every night on Canada’s Parliament (summer 2010-2015). Through her creative endeavours, Pamela redefines contemporary entertainment.
In the Summer of 2012, she wrote and directed “Les Chemins Invisibles – The Pixel Frontier”, a Cirque du Soleil show integrating 40 circus acrobats, extreme sports athletes, urban-contemporary dancers and musicians into an immersive environment with interactive video projections and technologies. Situated within a paralleled universe, the narrative explores true human connection. Pamela explores how the premise of a show is mirrored in the creative process. Her technique involves positive energy exchange, between all of the cast and crew, through open dialogue and movement, creating a dynamic learning ground for all participants. This energy is then extended into the audience where the experience is interactive.
Her involvement as a co-founder, choreographer and dancer of Solid State Breakdance Collective, Perpetual Productions Performance Collective, and Nest: Art Space and Gallery, initiated her as an accessible contributor within the community and to this day, her ambitions continue to innovative grass-roots initiatives.
Jayson “Mouse” Vasquez
Breakdance Master Class
Jayson “Mouse” Vasquez was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He started his dance career in the subways of Time Square train station dancing for money. From the streets to the professional dance world, Mouse has worked with the likes of Tyler Perry and Rennie Harris. His Film/TV credits include Good Morning America 25th anniversary, USA Net Work commercial “Show Us Your Character”, and VH1 Hip Hop Honor Awards. He has also danced for modern theater companies such as Eleo Pomare Dance Company, Louis Johnson Dance Company, and he has also Co-choreographed on the Joan Miller Dance Company. Mouse is also a Ballet Hispanico alumni. Currently, Mouse has joined the legendary Dynamic Rockers. Dynamic Rockers has been around since 1979. They have been here since the inception of Hip Hop. He also does Hip Hop lecture Demonstrations for Hush Tours. The only Hip Hop site seeing tour company in the world. At the moment he’s also signed to Aftermath, Shady Records, and G-Unit. Mouse has recently been given the label of “Cultural Ambassador of America” by the US. States Department, Dance Motion USA, and BAM Theater. He has just returned from Russia, Belarus, and the Ukraine. He will now be leaving to Mexico, London, and Ireland. He also teaches master classes that educate students about the true essence of Hip Hop dance, culture, and history.
Make Up Artistry
Kate is a professional makeup artist who has resided in NYC for a year coming from Los Angeles, California. There in California, she completed the Master’s Program at MKC Beauty Academy. She specializes in natural beauty and glamour with a niche for performance artists and ensuring the makeup lasts throughout performances. She currently works for MAKE UP FOR EVER as a resident makeup artist and has had numerous extended education with the company including with the founder herself, Dany Sanz. With knowledge expanding of face painting and special fx, Kate never stops pushing herself to grow as an artist. Finding inspirations though various forms of art to expand creativity in anything she does. Fully loaded with a sense of humor and a smile, she will consistently be ready to work hard with the utmost respect for her team.

Alia Kache, a native of Chattanooga, TN received her early training at Center for Creative Arts and Chattanooga Ballet. After graduating from the Ailey/Fordham BFA program in 2004, she subsequently joined Ailey II, and also performed with Nathan Trice/RITUALS, Creative Outlet, Genesis Dance Company, and CeDeCe (Alcobaça, Portugal). Kache has appeared in Laurie Simon’s Music of Regret – Act III, Radio City Christmas Spectacular 75th Anniversary DVD, and Cordoniu Navidad 2007 (Barcelona, Spain). She was a featured dancer in Big League Theatrical’s AIDA, and also performed with Disney’s The Lion King (Gazelle Tour).
Co-founder of Renegade Performance Group, Kache has choreographed for contestants of the Miss Tennessee and Miss Georgia pageants (Miss America Organization), Chattanooga Ballet, Girls’ Preparatory School (Chattanooga, TN), Center for Creative Arts (Chattanooga, TN), The Ailey School, Broadway Cares, and The Helping Hands Campaign.
Kache is currently the rehearsal director for Ailey II, junior company for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, under the direction of Troy Powell.

Julliard graduate, Herman has performed with Aspen Ballet Company, and has also appeared in The International tours of Fosse under the Direction of Debra McWaters, The International Tour of West Side Story under the Direction of Joey Mckneely, 9 to 5 on Broadway, Choreographed by (Tony ) Award winning Andy Blankenbueler, The New York City Center Encore’s productions of The Wiz choreographed by (Tony) Award winning Andy Blankenbuehler, House of Flowers choreographed by ( Tony ) award winning Kathleen Marshall, Pajama Game Choreographed By ( Tony ) award winning John Carrafa, THE ID of Bob directed by Hinton Battle, Radio City Christmas Spectacular Choreographed by Linda Haberman (2000 – 2013) and Michael Jackson’s 30th Anniversary Special.
Besides working with Michael Jackson, Herman has performed with Mariah Carey, Usher, Mya, Destiny’s Child, Whitney Houston, Deborah Cox, Brian McKnight, Jill Scott, Britney Spears, Monica, Thalia, Tony Moran, Lisa Lisa, Kevin Aviance, Love INC and Camp LO. His extensive education in dance background includes his studies at Interlochen School of the Arts, The Pacific Northwest Ballet, Houston Ballet, Alvin Ailey, Boston Ballet, and Jacobs Pillow. He is an ARTS (Recognition and Talent Search WINNER in which he won the 2nd Award level in Modern and an Honorable Mention in Jazz. He also received a 4-year partial scholarship to attend The Juilliard School where he received his Bachelors in Fine Arts. Herman’s Dance studies have made him proficient in ballet, modern, jazz and Hip hop / jazz funk.
Herman has choreographed Various industrials, and corporate events and has worked for a number of summer intensives, such as The Broadway Theatre Project as an (Assistant Artistic Director), Miami City Ballet , Springfield Ballet , Performance Edge 1 and 2, The Theatre Arts and Minds, and The New World School of the Arts. Industrials include such events for Lana Mark, Herbalife, and The International Hustle and Salsa Competition Corporation. Herman has also appeared on Saturday Night Live and in the motion pictures Marci X, Bolden / The Great Observer, and Tony Tango.
Voguing Master Class
Archie Burnett is a well-respected force in the underground dance world. 30 years of dance in NYC’s hottest underground clubs has made his style unique, strong, and confident. He has performed and taught his craft in various parts of the world. His bodies of work range from music videos, to features in dance magazines like “Dance Ink,” and the “Village Voice” dance section feature, to performance coaching for up-and-coming recording artists. He is currently featured in the documentary “Check Your Body At The Door,” chronicling the lives and lifestyles of 6 dancers. The film is produced by dance historian Dr. Sally R Sommer, who is widely recognized as a leading expert on dance in American popular culture.
